Mosley and Cotto both previously ducked Mayweather. Why should he give them a second chance?

Cotto is currently engaged to fight Clottey soon, and is coming off a hugely upsetting destruction at the hands of Margarito that threw him down the ladder of p4p rankings.

Mosley is hot right now and would be a good pick to fight but is no where near the top 5 and according to some even the top 10 of p4p rankings.
JMM is currently #2 p4p fighter IN THE WORLD.
