I would say Cotto if he continues to win. If not him, a top WW of some sort. Maybe Mosley but I would prefer someone a bit younger/prime even though a "name" will boost his legacy in some way with many.

If he fights until the end of next year or one complete year from when he comes back, and then retires, he can get in some good matches: JMM, PAC (if he wins), Cotto (if he wins), Mosley...........
