Golden Boy is HBO's house promoter basically, if they want a fight to get made and needs a big time promoter then Golden Boy does the event. Floyd has made a lot of money with Golden Boy in the past so I am sure he is cool doing business with them. I think they have all made a lot of money together so it is a mutually beneficial relationship for all involved.


Oscar does have a much larger bankroll then Mayweather though, so in that way you are correct.
