Because he fights only for the big money fights rather then fighting the best for a little less.. but he also not only beat but knocked out the undefeated Hatton who was considered one of the best at the time..

Everyone seems to right off the Hatton win saying he was not as good as he was made out to be, the fact it wasn't at Hattons desired weight.. but look at all the old threads leading up to the fight and you will see the large following Hatton had and the many people who were picking Hatton to win..

I don't like the word hater but there are a lot of people who will always discourage Mayweather no matter who he fights, they're always going to say he ducked this fighter or was scared of another fighter even after he beats them it will always be someone else who he needs to beat... people will never be satisfied and these people are called haters.

well, that's what is just wrong here more often.

somebody shares an opinion then all of a sudden it turns out to be a personal matter.

maybe sometimes it's fun... but we really need to share opinions and take responsibility with what we say... If we are proven wrong then accept.. at least we learn something.
