I really did think this fight was stopped too early. Garcia was just about spent, but wasn't totally. He was trying to get up the exact moment it was waived off. I sy just count him to ten, the ref had already heard the clap for the last 10 sec. He knew better. Both men gave a hell of an effort. Sure there were so many holes in both their armor, but tonight, Thank you for the show Irving and Carlos. BTW, solid little televised card by Showtime tonight. Two weeks in a row, too bad they can't get rid of their entire production crew.Comment

Bootleg/Poorman's Hagler-Hearns, 3 knockdowns and just when you thought 1 fighter was done he came right back. GREAT FIGHT!Comment

Good fight!!! but Abregu really in not a skilled fighter, he's just a strong puncher. WE need to see a Rematch of this.
Quintero is the real deal. When I saw him 1st in SHO, I know he's going a long way. He's the next Barrera. The Southpaw Barrera.Comment

Great fight.
TERRILE STOPPAGE though. Garcia was in FAAAAAR better shape after his KD then Abergu was after his.
I Didnt like the ref AT ALL. Way too self-indulgant. Making the fighters seperate farther then was necceasry, and taking way to long after knockdowns and slips to resume the action. just a terrible job IMOComment
