you must remember that by now, pacquiao has done so much press. imagine having legions of people ask you question after question. eventually, they're all going to merge into one. so he says what he needs to say. if they are good reporters, they would ask him again/specify exactly what they're asking for.

his english has been improving. he makes good effort to say what he feels. he's real. i'm sure he would like to say things more precise, but in his mind, he can only translate so much and reply so fast.
