hes not been focussed in sparring either - anyone remember the first 24/7 episode where freddie said he was playing around with sparring partners? thats not the manny we know, maybe with the DLH success, financial security, worldwide acclaim and wins over MAB, EM and JMM mannys hunger has diminshed a little bit

personally i think the mental battle has been won by hatton, he looks more focussed

        "Pray for us"

Similar to the stuff he's said recently (24/7?) where he's talking about God, and how he asks the old bearded man in the clouds to make sure both fighters are safe after every Pac fight.

As for his attitude....again, it's basically stuff he's recently come out with - it being God's will what happens in fights, if he loses it's because God has chosen so...

I mean, I think it's a load of ****.....but not an admitance of fear or complacency or whatever

fucking ****** people always try to make something about everything before a fight.

everything from the weigh in to the stare down is made into an excuse for a win or a loss.

the fight is tomorrow. just order the ppv and watch the fight.

Too me this is the biggest stage Manny has ever been on...
even more so than the fight with oscar.
but this is not the biggest stage Hatton has been on...
and you can tell That Manny Knows that Hatton is not going to lay down and he is going to fight for every second for all 12 rounds..

                  Manny is nervous

That is always a bad sign to me. Everytime a fighter seems to be something different then what they are in the lead up to a fight bad things happean. If the mind ain't in the right place it is very hard to just turn that on.

I hate to put so much emphasis on the weigh in though, things could be different tomorrow or in the fight.

One of the rare times we don't see fighters smack talking, they got too much respect for each other, and as we all saw from the fan turnout, you don't need to hype it up to sell a potential great fight...
that's basically it, Hatton was smirking at him too.
