I am picking Pacquiao but I don't see him as a favorite.
The advantage should go to Hatton since this is Hatton's division.
If any one thinks that Hatton is that terrible, they should re-watch him against PBF as that is a pretty good barometer to go by. Floyd was just craftier, Floyd did a lot of things consistantly to throw Hatton off but it took a lot of work. Floyd was gassed in the finel two rounds of that fight. But if you take away all the tricky things Floyd did from this fight, Hatton would have beat him.
Floyd Hugged way too much.
Floyd constantly ducked below Hattons waist
Floyd was using his elbows to hit Ricky over and over
Floyd was also doing a lot of illegal tactics with his gloves and elbows,
Floyd was being helped by Cortez only because Mayweather Jr's corner drilled into Cortez' head that Hatton was a hugger, so Hatton was getting called for all the holding PBF was doing. (Credit to Floyd he beat Hatton) But that was not the performance I was looking for from the person who is supposed to be God in boxing gloves, PBF)
This by no means is going to be an easy fight for Pacquiao. I phuk around and say that Pacquiao will stop Hatton in 5 and if I am right it is because Pacquiao is faster than I thought and it would mean that Pacquiao was all over Hatton the entire 5 or that Pacquiao got a good lucky hit in.
Anyway, Hatton has the advantage to me. But it will all depend on what kind of plan each fighter has to accomplish the goal of winning.
Anything can happen in this fight. If I knew the outcome for certain, then I would not even be wasting my time here. This is the whole point, none of us know who is going to win, even if we say such and such will win. Ain't any of us here Nostradamus, none of us can see the future. Word
