when one prays they don't talk to themselves because there is something deeper going on, even if you don't believe in god per se, just as when one meditates something is happening - literally, that can be measured in your brain wave patterns, you are on a higher though plateau

so a pre fight prayer is part of his routine and it works for him

I was messing around with the idea, because too many people believe Manny is God, I put why is Manny talking to himself/praying to himself. Now do you understand what I was trying to convey?
