Did I read the article to fast (by the way a good read) or did the author gave us all the point on "why" Hatton should win and then predicted a pacquio win. Hell, I myself I'm predicdted a Pacquio win but after reading this I'm not so sure...lol

Maybe the author wants to accomodate fans for both men thus is giving us enough to enjoy the reading.

Either way, I still thinks there are a couple of unknown ingridients in t he mix which makes this an exciting bout. Will Hatton preassure unravel Pacquio? How will Hatton react to Manny's speed and Lefty stand? Will Hatton really be that "big"? Who will go to the body first? Can Hatton face withstand Pacmans assult and precise punding?

Hell.... let the fight start! As many of you I might be drunk come fight time.... but that's what the DVR is all about.......!!!!!!!!

manny has developed some razors in his fists. his last 2 fyts attest very well to this.
ricky's face gets bruised and cuts easily.

ricky will have a nightmare solving the "geometrical puzzle" that is manny.
ricky's only chance is to find a solution to that puzzle.
daivd rodela, manny's sparmate, swears manny is so fast he can't fix him with his punch. and so he called manny "speedy gonzales".

manny will be the more powerful puncher, he will come at 147. it will be ricky's folly if he comes more than 150, which can drag him down.
ricky will find it hard to believe when manny shrug off his vaunted body shots.
manny has been training with the "thai stick" to the stomach since the erik duels= his tummy is tough!

ricky's best chance is in manny's chin!!

The last 2 fights of pacquiao were against Diaz and Dela Hoya. The fight against david diaz, pacman made him look like he just had a reconstructive face surgery of HULK face and the fight against dela hoya, you guys were saying he was weight drained but after the fight, he looks like he just gained 5 or 10 pounds that night.

I think you have to look at the type of puncher Manny Pacquiao is. He's very fast, but he doesn't throw pitty pat punches. Those lead lefts he throws has pop behind them. Plus, getting hit with numerous shots throughout the course of a fight coming at the speed and accuracy that Manny throws at will cause problems for anyone within his weight range.

I believe people look too much into the weight class and don't look into the reality that Hatton and Pacquiao are not very fat apart in size and power. If Hatton can hurt Pacquiao (which I believe he can if he's consistent throughout the fight) Manny can also hurt Hatton.

I expect a grueling fight with both having moments, but Pacquiao's speed will be the deciding factor and Hatton will be overwhelmed.
