Yeah but Froch was dropped by Taylor and PW dominated Winky. Punisher is smaller but with his workrate I see him landing on Hopkins, Froch with those tiger uppercuts I'm not sure.

I hope he does take a safe fight (which I think would be Froch). I mean, since turning 40 years old he fought undefeated Taylor, moved up in weight to fight the man at 175 Antonio Tarver who was coming off of wins over Roy Jones and Glen Johnson, the guy no one wanted to fight Winky Wright, undefeated Calzaghe and undefeated Pavlik.

At 44 years old, he deserves a "safe" fight (if there is such at thing at that age).

Most elite fighters in their 20's and 30's have easy fights or tune up fights in between their bigger or harder fights. But yet with hopkins, he gets criticized for not fighting Dawson at this point in his career? lmao

All around it's Froch, his style plays right into Hopkins' hands and Hopkins could possibly be the bigger man now.

Stop picking on hopkins, dude fought the best fighters since losing very close decisions to taylor which could have gone either way. Plus, it looks great on his resume when he beats fighters taylor couldn't. Hopkins is already an atg, it looks impressive if he beats Froch even if he is favored to do so. Most fighters would be favored to beat Froch with Frochs bad defense.
