What will you say about Floyd, Sr. If Ricky were to Win?

I'm curious.....there seems to be more hatred for this guy then the actual fighters he trains.......what will you think of him, if ricky pulls it out against so many people saying he has no chance.....

will floyd, sr. deserve credit and recongnition if ricky wins?

    I think so

What hatred? I've seen the exact opposite. I've seen people cheering for Hatton just because he has a Mayweather training him.

If Ricky does not HUG his way to victory, Mayweather Sr. will get a lot of credit by people who don't really know Hatton. Although I know that Hatton is not a pure hugger, that reputation seems to have stuck on him since 2005. So, yes If Hatton does what he did before he faught KT, people will give a lot of credit to Mayweather Sr. It will be interesting to see what happens. Let's wait until after the fight, yes?

Hatton wont win, Ive been studying some film, Pacquiao will land all night or end it early.Hatton comes straight in almost every time. Ricky doesnt have enough head movement and often he will wait to see what youre going to do then he tries to block or parry the jab, Pac is too fast for this and feinting will disrupt Hatton and cause him to get hit all night long.

Sr's purpose seems to be makin Hatton a better pure boxer. Gr8, but not for this particular fight. I could be wrong, and if Hatton utilizes a technical style to win Sr should get mass cred. I don't see that happenin tho. And who's hatin on the guy anyway? I see Hatton get dissed, but everybody seems to get a kick outta Sr.

Malignaggi was never near to being close to being anywhere near an elite fighter. He went from ESPN to fighting Miguel Cotto over night. Sure Malignaggi was good against fighters on short notice on ESPN FNF but as soon as he stepped up, he was destroyed and touched up like he had never been touched up before in his life. Keep in mind Cotto broke his hand in the 5th but the damage Cotto did in 5 rounds was enough to win him the fight. I would not go to far as to use Malignaggi as a barometer to measure Hatton's overall skills. Maybe people are using Pac/ODLH way too much as a barometer to measure Pacmans worth as we know ODLH looked as though he had beat off for an entire week straight before coming into the ring. Truth is there is no real barometer here and things will unfold on fight night. The fight should be 50/50 chance for both but Hatton should be the favorite only because this is his division although he himself has not faught any worthy opponent at this weight since KT in 2005.
