The thing is the punches that does the most damage are the ones you dont see coming, Tsyzu was all about timing...people never thought Mayweather can knock hatton out and they were using the same Tsyzu arguement.

Obviously KO'in hatton in the first round is very very unlikely but make no mistake about it pacman can KO hatton if he lands something big that hatton doesnt see coming.

it's true, without Cortez jumping in unnecessarily, the entire fight would've been on the inside. Hatton caught Mayweather clean a number of times in the first 3 rounds and went to follow up only for fat boy to run in and save Mayweather.

Do you think Mayweather has good inside fighting skills?

accumulation is the key for manny, if he scores a knockout, it will come in rounds 8-12 after administering significant punishment to hatton. Manny isnt really a lights out puncher over 130 lbs

Alot of the fight was on the inside.

Hatton's problem was that Mayweather was stronger and bigger than he thought plus a better inside fighter than he thought. That was supposed to be his only way to win the fight and even the inside fighting wasn't going to work.

Round 5 is a prime example, Mayweather lay on the ropes the whole round with Hatton on top of him and Hatton still did nothing, all he did was wrestle and miss looping punches. yeah he won the round because Mayweather did **** all but he wasn't effective with his work.

                      1. Hatton's chin has deteriorated a lot since then, see the Lazcano and Collazo fights for confirmation.
                      2. Hatton's drinking and blowing up between fights might well have caught up with him.
                      3. The fight will be in the U.S., so Ricky won't be able to foul his way into a win over Pac.

                      so

                      4. Hatton has little to no chance of seeing the final bell.
Hey buddy,at the same time Pac has been buzzed before by softer hitters like Barrera,JMM,and Morales! I think we can both agree that Hatton hits alot harder than those guys huh?
