Pacquiao: My dad didnt eat my dog!

One of the more unusual stories doing the rounds in recent weeks was the tale that Manny Pacquiao took to boxing after his his father ate his dog. The tale goes that the 14-year-old Pacquiao ran away from home in General Santos City when his father killed and ate his pet, ending up in a Manila boxing gym.

I don't see where even if he did it's that big of a deal.

I mean people eat hot dogs and stuff. I am sure they have worse animal byproducts than a good healthy germ free dog.

And if eating dog is part of tradition and culture as it is in other countries, who gives a ****?

I don't care if his dad eats a dog for every meal.

    AND OTHERS shouldn't either

I dont think the point was eating dog, jreckoning. Its that his dad ate Pacquiao's dog, kinda traumatizing.

oh well though, if it wasn't for that moment. Pacquiao wouldn't be the great boxer that he is now.

I know. I wanted to get on my soapbox.

It's such a good story though, you know?

That is a mexican dog, no wonder Manny always eats them up.

                P.S. Remember the Penalosa-Lopez bet.
