Hes 22 years old, not even close to his prime yet. He has stated many times that when he is ready to get to the top, he wants to stay there, so he is taking his time to learn and become a more well rounded boxer.
Not saying he ever will be the man, but I think its a good idea for anyone that young to not rush it.
