Hatton vs Pacquiao Weigh-In?

Anybody know what time the weigh-in is? I heard it was at 3:30pm, but nothing official. Should I just show up to the Garden Arena at like 900am?

I believe it is free for the public as well. It's just hard as hell to get in, because they only take a certain amount of people.

It will be at 2:30 at MGM and it will be open to the public.
