because the boxing fiends such as myself like to get to the arena at 3pm and watch the undercards....even if there's only 7 of us

but yea, i agree....3 major fights, open the gates at 6 instead of 3

Alot of the reason is that there isn't enough money to go around. Theres like 5 to even 9 fights every big fights just like this weekend. But only half will be on tv. Why not cut the ****en fighters in half and just have 3 fights before the big one and give that extra money u were gonna give them other fighters to the other 6 that are gonna fight on tv.

I think the amount of money they were going to pay the super-undercard guys would probably not make much of a dent in hiring better fighters for the late-card fights. I understand your frustration though.

I haven't even bothered to check the card for saturday as i know already it will be garbage. Anyone care to tell me whos on it thats a little bit interesting? Is the Williams v McDermott fight on it or is that on a different channel?

its on box office, that card starts around 10pm i think, followed by the hatton - pacquiao card from vegas
