Who should be next in line for Pavlik?

Right now the right thing to do after Mora is to fight Queen Arthur, regardless, then if he wins (Which I have confidence he will) then decide what to do next. I know one thing Arum, and Jack Loew will give Pavlik the best opportunities as they go. Until next time its KO2you

I agree, Arthur is a very big task. Before anything gets done Pavlik must first beat Abraham.

It would be a good fight while it lasted but not a good fight for Kelly. Froch is a naturally bigger fighter, stronger, a harder puncher and more versatile than Pavlik with one punch knockout power. At 168, I'm not sure if Kelly has the power to hurt Froch.

I keep hearing this over the board. Froch is more versatile then Pavlik? Keep going on and on about how one dimensional he is but thats just a stretch. Froch it slower and more stiff then Pavlik and threw many long slow uppercuts from way too far out. Froch didnt hardly land anything untill Taylor was really tired. Pavlik landed jabs, rights, body shots and a uppercut in the KO combo.

Pavlik with no power...Im not saying he would lay him out with one punch but im sure Froch would feel it.

The problem with picking on weaker champions are the critics. It may be the smart thing to do but it wouldn't look right to the fans. I rather see Pavlik go out against a decent opponent like Froch than beating a weak champion.

Hes fighting Sergio Mora right now, and Bika is a very good fighter and very strong. That fight has the potential to be as good as Miranda/Pavlik because both can ****, both have world class chins and both have very good stamina, and neither has been stopped. That fight IMO is definitely one that the fans will appreciate, because Bika gave Calzaghe hell and hes also a champion( and won the contender).

Froch just seems like a very bad style match up to me. Kelly is not a lateral mover the way Jermaine is, he will coming forward against a naturally bigger fighter who's a counter puncher and more elusive.

One of the many differences between Froch and Pavlik is that Kelly moves in a straight line and he does not have the variety of punches that Froch has. The style match up wouldn't favor Pavlik's abilities, but I still wouldn't mind seeing the fight.

Good points... A Bika fight does sound much better when you put it like that.

This fight would be a war, definitely one i would pay to see. I like Pavlik's straighter punches and accuracy over Bika's toughness and power but either way, its definitely a fight i would watch, and i don't see how its going the distance. Both punch too hard and both comes forward.

Pavlik mainly throws 1 2's( which isn't bad against certain styles) and Ive never seen him use consistent use of a left hook or an uppercut( only occasionally) where as Froch has a left hook, uppercut( his best punch) and he throws them from all angles.
