Roach, "The fight WILL go into the final rounds"

Freddie changed his prediction from a "3rd round KO" to a late round "possible stoppage". Is Freddie a little nervous of Floyd Sr's gameplan?

You guys are dumbasses. All that talk is just to build up the fight hype and you bought into it.

Roach knows Hatton is a tough fight.

Oh so first it was 'Pacquiao is KOing him in 3 -6 rounds' now the fight is going to the final rounds.

i have respect for roach, because he is a great trainer, but i have lost some respect for him as a person by some of the **** he has said in this fight, what happened to the soft-spoken nice guy freddie roach?....

and he did say early on in a interview i saw right after this fight was signed, that hatton would be one of pac's toughtest opponents.....then after floyd, sr got under his skin, he became slime.

First it was one round, then 3, then the mid rounds, now the end rounds.

            Roach makes me sick!

Don't buy into the hype. What would you do if someone was calling you a "joke coach"?

It's all fun and games. None of it effects what will happen in the ring May 2.

He's now realzing what Ive been saying all along. Its bad for him to talk like that. He's never talked like that before and when you do that, its like you change Pac's mindset. Now he feels like if he doesnt blow him out in 3 rounds then he must not be fighting right. If the fight is super tight after 3 rounds then what will Pac think? You should never put that in his head in this type of fight because then he goes straight out there gunning for an immediate KO instead of doing his normal game plan. He'll try to get all wild. He was basically telling everyone and Pac that it will be an easy fight but what if its not? Then Pac will get frustrated or nervous. I think Roach is sensing that he's messing with Pac's mind and now he doesnt want him to think that its going to be such an easy fihght. If it is then great but prepare for a tough fight and just know that youre good enough to get him late

We will just have to wait and see then. I think Roach is awesome at promoting a fight and its all about the mind games. Hatton will win this fight though

                    Good points!

Pacquiao doesn't seem very confident in this fight. I heard he was training even though Roach told him not to.
