Yea he did, but he had been down before whereas Castillo had never been down prior to the Hatton liver shot. That was after several wars in the ring too. Marquez was moved along pretty softly at first as I recall. Castillo was a beast for a long time and could take a lickin. Another thing. Marquez didn't stay down and I don't recall Manny finishing guys with one punch either. (not to discredit MP, since he is one awesome fighter and personality)

JL Castillo who went life and death with a nobody in his previous fight? Who had been through absolute ****ing wars with Corrales? Who had battled the scales for years and years and years? I don't consider him world class at that point.

Listen, I'm not saying he can't do it to Pac- he has a great bodyshot. But I don't think that Pac will fold the first time he feels it like you some of you guys are saying.

Lol this thread proves the ******ness around here. Hatton's chin has always been solid at 140, Pacs chin is questionable at 112 let alone 140, Hatton could blast pac with one punch.

If you recall my first post, I never said it was gona happen. In fact I think it won't. Hatton won't land that good early, Pac is way too smart and fleetfooted for that. I was just saying that if it were to happen, a Hatton body shot would be why and then I defended his standing as a great body puncher. You obviously havn't see allot of Hatton fights and I don't fault you for it, but don't speak out of the butt just because you favor Manny in this fight. It makes you appear as a bias fanboy.

Another thing. Ngoudjo was unbeaten , never been stopped & turned around and almost captured a world title after the Castillo fight. He was no pushover and nobody said Castillo was shot until Hatton stopped him. Funny how that works.

It's hard to blame everybody for riding high off of that Delahoya destruction but I find myself blaming them anyways. It was too obvious that Oscar was NOTHING like his prime in that fight. The smoke screen is on and saturday night, the ceiling fans will start up. I just hope Ricky gets some credit instead of people saying, "he was just too big for Manny", etc. etc.

If anyone ends it in the first round, it should be Pacquiao. The quickness and the explosiveness would be why. I doubt it would happen that way though.
