I wouldn't say the best, but indeed a very good one.

Tito had/has one of the best hooks both right/left, I've ever seen.

Just like I've never seen anyone throw a jab better than Larry Holmes.

tito's left hook is the best and more powerful of this era. i have kind of mixed feelings about tito-vargas fight. i was happy because i'm from p.r but that fight damaged vargas for life. he wasn't the same after that fight.

titos left hook is the best. he throws it so natural you wont see him bringing his full weight on his punches. look at mosley he punches with his full weight but DAMN. hes power is not as powerful as tito. TITOs LEFT HOOK IS THE BEST!

Tyson and Frazier had better hooks at HW than Felix at 147-160. Felix had a deadly one, but not the best ever.
