If only Luevano didnt call in sick in a desperate attempt to extend the lease on his belt We'd have at least 1 semi-decent undercard.I don't think it's that bad considering Yahoo will be streaming the pre-ppv undercard.
May 2nd (Saturday), 2009
At The MGM Grand, Las Vegas, NV
(PPV) Manny Pacquiao (48-3-2) vs. Ricky Hatton (45-1)
(For The Ring Magazine World Jr. Welterweight Championship)
(PPV) Humberto Soto (47-7-2) vs. Benoit Gaudet (20-1)
(The Ring Magazine #1 Jr. Lightweight vs. Unranked)
(WBC Jr. Lightweight belt)
(PPV) Danny Jacobs (15-0) vs. Michael Walker (19-1-2)
(The Ring Magazine #9 Jr. Middleweight vs. Unranked)
(PPV) Matt Korobov (4-0) vs. Rodrigo Aguiar (5-4)
(PPV) Erislandy Lara (4-0) vs. Chris Gray (11-7)
Bernabe Concepcion (28-1-1) vs. Yogli Herrera (22-7)
Mike Alvarado (25-0) vs. Juaquin Gallardo (18-7-1)
Abner Mares (17-0) vs. Jonathan Perez (14-5)
I look forward to seeing Jacobs take a step up and Soto is always fun to watch, plus Lara looks to be a future bad ass.
I think they should move Abner Mares to the televised portion of the card thogh.Comment
