I've always thought with Tszyu's thick frame he could have made 147 with no problem. Not only that, but the added muscle on that frame would have made him even stronger. He wouldn't have even been blowing up in weight; it would have been probably healthier for him to have been a WW at some point. It's also why I kind of hold it against him that he didn't move up to 147 when the division was hot with Tito, Oscar, Mosley and Forrest...but, his choice. Maybe he knew his limits.
Early Tszyu actually looked starved compared to the later Tszyu. But early Tszyu had more agility and as Tszyu aged, he got slower and stiffer. Not sure he would have beaten Tito at that point. He would need speed and agility I think like when he was younger.
