According to most Floyd fans, Floyd isnt a WW, nor is he a JWW.

JMM is a better fighter than Micheal Jennings and Alphonso Gomez.

Why did ya'll give Tony a free pass for fighting GOLDEN JOHNSON???

    He's not a Welterweight

Why did Oscar get free pass for fighting STEVE FORBES...

    Steve is a Jr Lighweight???

You latino's need to stop being hypocrites.

      Here's a better question:

When Floyd wrecked Gatti and Hatton and cotto were ringside they **** themselves. Both camps said they were "not ready for Floyd" LOL.

A bit later Floyd calls out Dental Plan. Dental plan has a toothache and wont fight Floyd.

Now I really like Dental Plan and Cotto. I root for them. I have a freaking Mosley fight shirt for christ sakes.

But I love how the above is ignored and now we get: Floyd ducked both those guys.

Also FLoyd was said to duck hatton much in the same way before he crashed his skull off a turnbuckle.

Not a sermon, just a thought.

I'm not going to step into a racial thing here but I DO REMEMBER MARGIE fans doing this. LMAO@Golden Johnson and the ***** excuses for fighting that guy, but then those same people dogging Floyd for fighting a Baldomir. FAIL.

Hope you **** on Mike Tyson for asking for that vs. Lewis and Lewis ditto.

Also hope you **** on Oscar for his crazy stipulation vs Floyd (in ring).

          Good times.
Whats funny is that NO ONE questioned Oscar fighting Floyd at 154 pounds.

No one was saying' Oscar why dont you fight a real JMW"...no one in here did....why?,...they just wanted to see Floyd lose.

Oscar was defended by people saying well Oscar always chooses the tough fights and now hes choosing the best fighter in the world.....albeit at 154 pounds though...damn near middleweight....with small gloves....hoping his hands would break....and a small ring so Floyd couldnt move.....Where was deevel79 when this was happening????

The bolded is what I'm talking about. It wasn't made super public but it was def. mentioned a few times by different media outlets. And yet, Floyd was fighting a a "shot old" guy. Gotcha.

I believe Steve Forbes was fighting competitively at 140lbs prior to his match with Oscar De La Hoya.

If you're comparing it to Floyd Mayweather's fight against Marquez, it's tough to compare being Marquez has not 1 fight passed 135lbs and is being asked to climb up to at least 145lbs to face Floyd Mayweather who has been at weltwerweight since 2005 capturing and defending a title. In my book, that makes him a legitimate Welterweight fighter. Though it sounds as if you are a fan of Floyd Mayweather, you must admit the advantage in this fight soley lies with the hopefully Unretired former P4P champion.

                Exactly....or how about this...

At Floyds natural weight class of 140 pounds.....

Cotto and Hatton wanted nothing to do with him.....

At 147 pounds where Floyd is slower...less powerful...etc...they both come running.

                Inetersting.

Also one last thing to the clueless Margetards that are still grasping at straws here:

                    Math question:

                    What's bigger

                    154

                    or

That's true. The star wants an advantage. I have no problem with that.

My problem only lies with the fact that floydstans build this as a fair and competitive when it clearly isn't.

Floyd is using his starpower leverage to gain the maximum advantage. I have no problems. Just don't call the fight legit. It's a surefire win for Floyd.
