According to most Floyd fans, Floyd isnt a WW, nor is he a JWW.

U dont belong in that weight class. You look at guys like clottey, cotto , margarito, cintron, if you randomly walked up to any of them right now they would all be above 160+. These guys are not welter weights. They jr. middles and middles who fight at lower weights to gain advantages. Why? because they would get beat up by someone their own size so they kill their body to make a weight they shouldnt be at. So i dont get mad if floyd dont wanna fight them because they should be fighting guys there own size. But honestly this is not just a welter problem. its a boxing problem. The game is full of weight cheaters. I think it should be cleaned up from the top to bottom.
Didn't a few other guys like DLH and Baldomir outweigh Floyd? If these guys can make the weight, they can fight there.

there is no unified voice here...

some believe floyd is a small WW and therefore really a jr WW

some believe that a small WW is not necessarily a jr WW.

we don't have problems with that. al least what bothers me is the that he's fighting a LW at the WW not even in the JWW.

Just because one fan says one thing, certainly doesnt mean other fans feel the same way

you cant hold them all responsible for someones ill posting

This should be a direct question to the people who have made these direct quotes... not a generalized thread to ALL floyd fans..
Well said, people just like to plant the blame on all Floyd fans, and all fans of whatever fighter, many people are guilty for it.

When it comes to him fighting WW's, they claim he's to small and not really a natural WW, yet in the same breath, they claim he cant make 140 anymore.

Can anyone explain this one to me? They've really outdone themselves with this one. LMAO!!!

Floyd saw an easy opportunity to grab the titles from an easy opponent, and he jumped on it. That's all.

i posted a link to this a while back.....he made 10 million fighting baldomir....

                    but forget that,

the reason mayweather split with arum was because he was chasing a fight w/ DLH, while arum wanted him to fight margarito. DLH didn't fight him at that time, so mayweather ended up fighting baldomir....so either way = he didn't duck margarito.

get over it, dude doesn't pick the "easiest" fights, he picks the better monetary ones.....once the haters understand that, their lives will be more fulfulling.

Its a tactic he uses to avoid the most dangerous fighters. fighters that he can make more money with, but if the guy is too dangerous he'll ask for an exaggerated amount of money for him so the fighter wont accept the fight.
