There are about 110 million people in Mexico. Africans in mexico account for less than 1 percent of the 110 million people.

The United States Government considers anyone who has even 1% of black in them as black. If you are dark skinned you are black.

Look ... I have light hair hazel eyes and fair olive skin. My features are all anglo saxon and dont put white on an application. People are alway telling me that I look white I could care less about that ****. I love being who I am and I love my fellow black latinos.I got Hatians and Domicans in my familey .
