Froch is not on the same level as Calzaghe.

Froch has tremendous heart and some talent, but he's really a B level fighter while Calzaghe is an A level boxer.

Tunney you are being very generous saying he is B level. I would say he is a C level or a club fighter at best. His chin and determination are his only tools. he has a decent punch but they are so well telegraphed that anyone with a pulse and one good eye should be able to avoid them. the only guys that trouble joe are smart defensive fighters like hopkins.froch has a very amaturish style and walks straight forward,hes flat-footed with no defence or head movement.it would be another lacy style fight

I would pick this fight as a comfortable UD for Joe.
However...
Am I the only one who believes that Froch's lack of technique could actually improve his chances against Joe? Joe Calzaghe's famous as the guy who "spoils your boxing" (Kessler). Joe has an astounding ability to nullify a fighter's technique, but let's face it, Froch is no master technician. To sum up Froch in a sentence I'd say "He's a fighter who punches with his heart". I just wonder if his particular style (or the lack thereof) would pose some problems for Joe. Any thoughts?

I'm not sure who would win,but I liked what I saw from Froch,he has a big heart,looks strong as an ox and can take a punch!!!I'd like to see him fight again,24 pro fights is not enough to mess with JC though!!
