yes, but look at those stadiums compared to those in Europe. You're miles behind in design, comfort and atmosphere.

Look at places such as Wembley / San Siro / Ashburton Grove / Nu Camp / Bernabeu / Old Trafford

I don’t wish to get into a debate, but stadia in Europe is the finest in the world, that's not chest beating, it's fact. Stadia in England, in particular, is phenomenal.

I always think the o2 is great for boxing it only holds 20,000 though.

To be honest, as a punter, stadia for boxing, i dont beleive, is good at all. Simply too big.

The O2 / MEN arena are both supurb.

I'll always be fan too of Madison SG and the Vegas Casinos.

My favourite, however, is, and always will be, York Hall.

          Michigan holds 106k.

The point I was trying to make is the Haye vs Wlad fight is held in a football stadium and will have 60k+ people in attendance.

The atmosphere in a football stadium is immense.

Gullible fans (e.g. singing joyfully even after their man hits a ringpost head-on) who didn't turn out in those numbers for the Lewis/Tyson fight.

That's the difference, right there. We'll sing LOUDER if he loses. It's all about loyality, not ******ity.

We could argue all day, but i doubt you'll ever quite grasp that concept.

I always feel that a lot of people that support Hatton are not Boxing fans and couldnt name any boxer out side Frank Bruno, Mike Tyson and Ali, not saying he doesnt have true boxing fan fans.

Hatton is the only boxer to them IMO which would explain their immense loyalty. I was in Britain at the time of Mayweather-Hatton and was shocked that nearly every Ricky fan I met couldn't name one previous opponent Floyd faced. It's probably the same in the US vice versa.

I bet the atmosphere is going to be so amazing. It's a shame America doesn't have stadiums like Europe does.
                      we do have stadiums
football and baseball stadiums that hold 50,000 +
but we just dont do boxing fights in them anymore
