What If Hattons Punch dont affect Manny?

oscar is the hardest puncher manny has fought but he never got to feel oscars punching power. if pac is comin forward in his fight with hatton it's over for manny

The only thing you need to do to land on Hatton at will is let him throw first and back a half step!!!!

i don't think hatton is a volume puncher nor do i belive tht many will be catchin hatton with combos as he comes in ricky is fast on his feet and for the first half of his fights he has alot of body movement so it won't be as easy to hit ricky as alot seem to believe but that will only last for maybe the first 6 or 7 rounds then ricky becomes reckless

Agree: Hatton's a volume puncher himself, at least for a JrWW. Not sure how that works for the smaller fighters moving up. Hatton is still brutal when he is trucking along...body shots are cruel.

If Pac can take Hatton's punches, Hatton should body-slam him.


I think both fightes will feel the others punches.

Look men, Man dont need to back him up, nor KO him, Manny can box cicles around hatton. Manny have quicker feet and quicker hands, the one who needs to back Pacquiao off is ricky, because if he cant, he is in deep ****.

i actually think hatton can beat him to the punch on timing, not speed, but hatton does have good timing...when pac trys to move in and out with shots...i see ricky as the total agressor in this fight....manny will have to back ricky off....david diaz never pressured him nor did oscar...ricky will...floyd, sr said the game plan is to keep pac moving and backing up...pac will have to be a counter-puncher to beat hatton, which he can do.

and what makes you believe that paquiao will do that? since when has manny become this boxing technician and thats easier said than done if you watch the first round of the hatton-floyd fight hatton was all over floyd so what makes you believe paquiao can prevent ricky from endin up all over him

This is a godd post, but Hatton doesnt have good timming at all, and with manny speed and Power it will be hard to time it.

Hatton will need to press forward, and go wild on the body, when he can, because he aint winning a boxing Match against pacquiao, he will have to do his usual mauling and Grappling to have a chance.

If he tries to box like he did ofr the ifrst 3 rounds of the Malignaggi fight, he will get starched.

For me, manny is just too fast on his feet and with his hands, and he carries some serious Pop at this weights.

I mean Manny is faster than Mayweather and Probably have the same Pop at this weight, plus the fact that hattn dont do well against Sputhpaws.

Looking at the Collazo fight, when hatton discover he wasnt the stronger Man and that his mauling wasnt effective, he was very discourage. And I see somehing similar happening here. When he figures that he cant handle Mannys speed he will get frustrated and Manny will bring it like Colazo did.
