Mosley is without a queston. I personally scored Mosley vs Cotto a drw, and it could have went either way. But looking at that fight Cotto was cut and bruised and Mosley was't damaged at all. But then when you look at how the both fared against Margarito, that is where it becomes clear who the best WW in the world is. One of them were forced to give in and stop fighting, the other almost killed the man rated the highest WW with the best chin.
