Dawson by KO.. Froch fights like a fast fighter except he's slow and his defense is horrible.. Dawson is a fast fighter and has good pop and throws combinations well.

I think Dawson by either UD or late KO. Dawson doesn't fall apart after a few rounds and he is very quick with descent punching power.

The only chance that Froch would have, and it would be minute, is that Dawson comes in weight drained. But from what I heard, he can still make even 168 easily, so there goes that chance. Dawson connects at will, while Froch struggles to connect at all.
