I refuse to watch Toney's fights against Jones, Tiberi, Peter II, and Griffin I.
I can watch Cotto/Margarito every day. The ending sucks, but I love that fight, especially the 2nd and 7th rounds and 9th rounds.
I deleted Khan/Barrera the minute I finished it. Never want to see it again. The rest of his losses I can deal with.Comment

I have trouble watching a decent amount of the 2nd half of Tyson's career, obviously Buster Douglas included. Roy's losses are all very painful to watch. I don't like seeing Pac getting KO'd, but I do love his first fight with Morales. Cannot watch Morales vs Zahir Raheem, but honestly I can't watch most of Raheem's fights despite him being a fellow Philadelphian, so I dunno if that plays a part. What else... I have a hard time seeing Ali's final fights, but one of my favorite matches happens to be L. Spinks/Holmes. I always loved De La Hoya, but as awfully sad as it can get, I can watch his fight with Pacquiao. That fight is like listening to the blues, you can appreciate it even if makes you feel a lil down.Comment

The Cotto - Margarito fight. A really good fight but i have only seen it twice. I realised i was more of a Cotto fan than i thought after watching that fight, I really felt bad for him.Comment

I can, as I have very few favorites, and mostly I'm indifferent about fighters and just want to see good matchups and good fights.
What I don't like watching is a fighter at the end of his career take a beating.
I don't care to watch Tyson's losses to Williams and McBride. Corrales's loss to Clottey is rather tough to watch as he was declining and died shortly afterwards. I've never seen Ali-Berbick and have yet to watch Ali-Holmes in its entirety.Comment

I've watched the Tyson-Douglas fight many times.
I just couldn't believe Tyson ****** that bad that night but more so his ability to show up in poor condition and take such a savage beating. The way Douglas was fighting was also nice to watch, even though Tyson made it easier by showing up in that condition.
After hearing McCall say that Douglas hit harder than Lewis, I watched it again when I saw it on ESPN not to long after.
I thought Tyson showed heart and the ability to take a hellova ass-whipping.
Louis vs. Schmeling 1 fight is hard to watch actually but I have watched that several times. I also call bull**** on those that act like Louis had a glass chin: Count the number of right hands Max landed and see how many rounds he was doing it for before he was knocked out.
I've watched some others as well...just not nearly as many times as Tyson-Douglas.
For some reason, Jones Jr. is hard to watch getting knocked out and I'm not nearly on the level of a nuthugger. I think it would have been better had he not looked so damn ill in those fights. If he was healthy, I could probably watch them. I guess it would be like watching Ali-Holmes, which I could barely sit through...and I'm not even that big of an Ali fan.Last edited by Benny Leonard; 04-28-2009, 04:47 AM.Comment
