Cotto has made plenty of public statements in regards to why Floyd is considered number one, and that Floyd always chooses everyone to fight but him. This isn't WWE. There isn't always going to be a moment in the ring after a match where someone snarls and points into the camera getting spit all over screaming, "You're next _________________, I'm going to rip ___________'s head off and **** down his neck if he has the balls to get in the ring with me." **Cue the fireworks shooting out of the ring posts))
