Showtime gives you more fights and better fights. I used to hate Showtime but when it comes to fights they are nearly even now with HBO. HBO gets the big names and has better presentation with getting you pumped but when it comes to quality fights Showtime is doing a great job.

I would usually agree that HBO has a better presentation than showtime, it's the little things that make it better like the unofficial weigh ins they do on HBO. As far as the fights this past Saturday go; Showtime > HBO.

But far too often the fights on hbo are 1sided affairs while showtime airs consistently nail biting down to the wire....explosive finish fights.

HBO is better IMO but showtimes been coming along lately. they've had some pretty good fights

Is HBO really that better?Seems to me like showtime has the better fights!!They have had fights of the year,recently with the most exciting fighters!!All the up and comers are on showtime 1st,after they make a name then HBo comes and takes them!!I first saw Kirkland and Angulo on showtime!!One other thing,the best fight ever,Corrales-Castillo was on showtime baby!!!!!!!

I agree that the fights on Showtime are of a slightly better quality but the presentation is definitely better o HBO.
