If Hatton is 149 come fight-time, how is 140 his best weight? When was the last time Hatton was 140 by fight-time?

For Floyd, 149 on the day of the fight I heard...which is around the weight he usually shows up for WW and what many JrWW show up for by fight-time.

So, it was really a fight where they just didn't have to drain to make weight for the scales and then rehydrate.
