I'm Happy to give him all the credit in the world upto 130, and huge credit if he beats hatton (which i predict he will) but nuthuggers need to except reality on the Diaz and ODLH front they are NOT great wins.

look at the h=guy's resume, no names and bums, the only other decent fighter he has fought was Holt who KHTFO in 8 rounds.

He's a journeyman, he has a majority draw with Ramazan Palyani, the one scorecard not a draw was 1 round in favour of Palyani.
you have very high standards if you think diaz is a journeyman, do you know just how hard boxing is? as i said before your throwing that jouneyman tag round like were talking about mathew hatton. i will just remind you were talking about a former 1996 olympian who beat zab judah to get his place on the team, former wbc champion who holds a win over all time great erick morales

So according to some of you here, who is the best lb. for lb. boxer today?

The consensus 2nd is JMM, and I have no problem with some having him at #1, even though I don't think his resume compares to MP's.

Since MP is the lb. for lb. king, how can he actually be overrated? He is the best boxer today. What else should he do to make some of you happy? Should he have fought Guzman? What about Valero? When did fighting those two ammount to a better challenge than MAB, EM, and JMM for a total of 7 fights become overrated at anything?

YOu guys should just come out and say the Pac maniacs annoy the **** outa you so you want to discredit Pac. One day Pac will be on the decline and you can talk all the **** to the annoying Pac fans. That would trully make some of you happy. To see his fans in anguish.

See, that statement above makes more sense than labeling MP as overrated.

he also beat Sta Cruz whom many believe should have gotten the nod of casamayor...the lineal champ at 35...

people discredit Diaz as a journeyman but he was a legit lightweight and PAC being able to move up in weight and handle him deserves 'some' praise....****, there are fighters who move up one weight, get checked, and run back to their previous weight class

Diaz was not a journey man. He only had one lose. He was WBc champion .
                    Get it straight boxrec boy.
You wanna know who was a journeyman, Juan Lascano. And he almost KO'ed your boy.

Pac jumped up 3 arguablly # weight classes against a heavily favorite Oscar DelaHoya.
                    He outboxed him.
Oscar fought back throwing more than 400 punches but Pac wa to ellusive and made him missed...so your weightdrained excuse is a moot.

Lol at this fool calling a young WBC champion with ONLY ONE LOSS a journeyman.
