Greg Page Passes Away at Age 50 in Louisville

Former heavyweight champion Greg Page, who had been in a wheelchair since a 2001 fight [against Dale Crowe] that left him brain damaged, died at his Louisville home. He was 50-years-old. His wife, Patricia Page told the AP that she found the former WBA champ in his bed Monday morning. She says he died of complications related to injuries he suffered in the 2001 fight. Page told the AP her husband "is in a better place now."
