Yea, he would. I'm not making excuses, Pacquiao would get KO'd by Mayweather too, just because he's in my sig doesn't mean I'm ******, he gets tagged by lesser fighters than Mayweather and Marquez timed him and hurt him several times.

Mayweather would time him and hit him more often with his faster hands (faster than Marquez, Pacquiao is up for debate) and KO him.
