Was Froch the first person to officially knock down Taylor?

I know that Pavlik, and Froch both forced the stoppage, but was Froch the first person to genuinely knock Taylor down?

Lacy had him over but it wasnt counted as a knockdown though Taylor looked hurt when he got up.

Maybe, except that Hopkins has one stoppage in his last 10 fights, and that was against DLH.
