the fights with hopkins and pacman are misleading and shouldn't be taken at face value.

but i agree that hes a good fighter that only the ATG's will beat - but heres a question for you if a fighter defeats a strong level of comp does that not make him an ATG, DLH's wins over strong, competitive and prime competition have to be respected - mayorga, quartey, vargas, gatti even the names of JCC and sweet pea have to be partially considered.

personally i think if DLH had defeated tito he would be an ATG.
