JC would be way to fast and skilled for Froch. I doubt Carl could win a round and Joe has too good of a chin to get knocked out by such a slow clumsy fighter. Calzaghe wins an easy UD and is accused of ducking Dawson if he comes out of retirement for this fight.

Exactly, Calzaghe would dominate froch for 12 rounds making him look worse than Lacy, Power is the only thing Froch has going for him and TBH I dont see him landing hardly a thing on Calzaghe...

Im no fan of Joe Calzaghe, but after watching Froch on sat, all I could think was that I bet JC was watching it thinking he could outbox CF all day long......with his eyes closed. Style-wise he is MADE for Joe.

I could actually see this fight happening, the money would be there, and Carl has answered all questions of him thus far, so why not?

Froch is only effective going forward... Joe would swarm him with punches, backing him up and get a wide UD or even late TKO.

You need an option for Calzaghe stoppage. He's not capable of knocking anyone out now of course but after 300 unanswered slaps the ref will be forced to stop it.

Froch 3 years ago would have been a far more live opponent.

i just can't see how froch even thinks he's capable of beating JC. I think JC would toy with him all 12 rounds and win by UD.
