    Then what does it say when Leonard's past prime handspeed at 160 against Hagler was even faster than prime Roy's handspeed against anyone at 160?

          I haven't seen the rematch, but I do think its extremely difficult to decide who is faster Roy, Ray or Taylor, since all 3 had deadly speed.

                  I thought Hozumi was fast. This dude is the fastest. It wasn't 30 punches in 3 seconds though. It was actually 28 at the 3.0 mark. Still amazing. I give him the title...
