No audio in them, pretty sure thats Pascal...same style, same shots thrown and the way he ducks down almost illegally out of the way of shots, like he did in their fight. Anyway, this is kind of kool, like an unofficial rematch...

Yeah thats Pascal, I think the fight with Froch will have helped him out in the long run as will good sparring like that, he looked good in his last fight but i think Diaconu will be a tough fight for him i think its a 50/50 we be cool to see him win and then rematch Froch as that was a good fight.

Yeah, you're right. I think its amazing that right after their fight, they're sparring again. It must be strange, reminds me of rocky and apollo at the end of Rocky 3 haha
