Sick Pac 12-punch combo (kinda choppy here but looks sweet in real-time):

The Marquez brothers both throw beautiful combinations, Juan moreso.

Miguel Cotto and Chad Dawson are also up there. Juan Diaz too.

I think out of active guys pacman can put up a nice combo, but I never seen him throw a double or triple hook to the dome while coming out.
Kessler is also one of these guys who is smooth with his punching when he wants.
Mayweather was real good at it, but he is retired.
So, who elso is out there, put up some names and videos.
JMM and juanma.......and that darchinyan guy

I vote Paul Williams. Not a fluid combo, but check out the punch he throws at 5:38

Juan Manuel Marquez immediately springs to mind.

He doesn't throw flurries as fast as Leonard or Kid Chocolate does, his are a bit slower, but he makes up for this with precision, and clean, crisp shots.

I can't find a video for this but in the slow-mo replay of the first knockdown of Juan Diaz, you can really see it. He picks his punches on the fly, and there's a moment when he's about to throw an uppercut, and he realizes Diaz is out of range for that particular shot : So he withdraws his arm, brings it back, and fires it straight and lands flush with it.

His ability to flow combinations and switch shots mid-flurry is amazing to me.

              Technical isn't even the word.

My personal likes are Juan Diaz's fast little inside flurries, Chad Dawson, and I still appreciate a 40yr old Roy flurry few and far between..

Williams is a good combo puncher but I think Gamboa is pretty good as well. I also think that Demetrius Andrade throws good combos too, not the best yet but he puts punches together. Marquez is an excellent counter puncher who utilizes combination punching but it is not his forte. Pacquiao and Hatton are good counter punchers but Pacman is far more proficient at it. Donaire is very good at precise counter/combination punching.
