It certainly does seem to irritate the Amercians a fair bit. Especially when it is a 'white boy'.

Credit to Froch, massive win for him. I picked Taylor to win myself but Froch definately proved he is a world class 168 pounder. I want to see Froch-Kessler now.

It also seems though that a lot of the UK fans are fans of UK fighters, and not necessarily the sport itself. I think there are a lot more genuine boxing fans in the States than there is in Britain.

Taylor's not "our best" by a longshot, however, I thoroughly enjoyed that fight. Very good fight by both guys. Taylor's loss won't hurt his credentials that bad, like Cotto's loss to Margarito didnt ruin his either.
