    True.

But consider that I'm not in fighting condition right now, I still have weight to lose. I would like to lose another 10lbs or so of excess fat, which would bring my walk around weight at 152.

you can go either way. heavy cardio, light weights with tons of reps and become super-cut @ 135-140. losing 30 pounds might seem like a lot for someone who walks around 160 but after the first 10 are shedded it won't seem that bad. OR you can start taking cellmass or another creatine based supplement and hit the weights. you'll most likely gain some water weight, along with some lean muscle mass so you won't see any weight loss until you've stopped the cycle. after that, with the help of the added muscle, your metabolism will be high and you can be just as conditioned as you would be @ 135 but with the added mass you can be a more solid 140-147

I'm not going to post a topless pic of myself on the internet. Besides, I don't need to prove anything to you.

You lose either way, if you are in fact the guy in the pics, you look like ****, and you're probably a terrible puncher with so little muscle mass (muscle mass as in functional muscle fibers) or if you are joking using that poor bokes pic, then you're just a bum.

It's apparent your only purpose in this thread was to flame. You haven't addressed the topic at hand, in ANY of your posts, all you have done is attacked me for no reason at all.

                Welcome to my ignore list.

                  Thanks for the great insight.

Right now I am taking Creatine, along with BCAA and Protein Supplements. I've taken the approach to lift heavy with minimal reps, to build more mass, then having the option to shred the weight afterward.
