LMAO@the little girl UK cheerleaders that are spamming the forum....

    1. Props to Froch. He gutted it out. Very impressive. Needs to clean up his technical flaws though or he might get Pavliked by someone more skilled.

    2. Props to Butterball for calling it.

    3. Did I miss something or was this some heavily hyped up America vs. UK battle with everyone picking along national lines before the fight? I'm pretty sure very few people gave two ****s about Taylor on this forum and over here. But I come on here and it's Hatton just beat Mayweather or Bruno just KOed prime Mike Tyson. For the love of God do you guys realize how silly you are?

    4. Taylor deserved to get KOed. He's a mentally weak ******* that doesn't "like boxing" outside of the ring and that's pretty much why he doesn't do well. He doesn't strive to improve. He coasts on his athletic talent. In ANY sport I'll take the hard worker over the physically gifted lazy guy. Butterball is correct, his record when stepping up has not been great. Other than proving to me that Hopkins was fading, what exactly has he done? Gone to WAR with Winky at MW? hhahahahahahaa.

    5. Before some small ****ed flag waving loser says anything, I never made a prediction about this fight, because frankly, I did not care. You know, like most people over here. Sorry to offend but I had no dog in the fight. This fight was just a fun barometer to see how far JT had fallen/never was and if Froch had what it took when stepping up in competition. I look forward to seeing Froch fight some more. At least he "likes boxing" unlike Jermain.

Hopkins told Brian Kenney on FNF everything Taylor did wrong.

        One year later.

        Taylor had his belt.

NEVER tell an opponent what they are doing wrong.

        Hopkins TALKS TOO DAMN MUCH.

I'm British and I picked and supported Jermain Taylor. I don't really like Froch! He's good but very irritating!!

Butterball didn't really call it from what I saw. He just said Taylor's tendency to fade may cost him, which isn't exactly sticking your neck out. Did he actually make a flat prediction or did he just sort of make it open-ended like usual and claim a perfect call afterward?

I didn't call it because I was pulling too hard for Froch to make any rational call.

Hey. Why wouldn't you "care" about a potentially (and now actually) classic fight? :-/

That's exactly it. The guy wants to fight, Jermain just does it for a living. It's the difference between them. That, and the gassing out business.

These fairweather fans, though... they embarrass me.

It's the difference between people saying to me at work on Friday that they're looking forward to "the Hatton fight" and me explaining that the most likely option is that he'll lose a UD against Mayweather. And them not knowing who Mayweather is.

Then having to listen to the same ****** ****s telling me their account of the fight on the Monday.

                    You cheeky prick.

A call is a call is a call.

What, every fight you pick is a 80-20% chance? Considering that if Taylor had gone down from the second barrage, then got back up it would have been a majority draw with Froch retaining then I think saying it was 52-48 Froch would have been a VERY good prediction.

**** heads like you want to detract with close calls like that, as if I'm hedging my bets or something. OBVIOUSLY when the variables dictate that the fight could be close - and Froch saving his belt with less than twenty seconds left in the fight is about as close as it can get - then it's going to be a close pick.

To quote the bard himself, Mr. Christian Bale, "What don't you ****ing understand?"
