Excellent match-up I say.
Both have good chins
Both have bad stamina
Pascal is faster,Diaconu has better bodywork.
The first few rounds will be crazy,depends on what Pascal wants to do,if he boxes he might be safer cuz Diaconu is always going for the kill in the first few rounds(11 of his 15 KOs have came in 3 rounds or less) but if Pascal stands and trades early like he did with Froch than we will have fireworks.
Diaconu has better timing and bodywork but Pascal is fater and Diaconu tends to stay on the ropes once he tires and let's the guy hit him in order to time him(that's how he almost took Henry out in the 8th).
Pascal moving up is also a factor
All in all it's a 50-50 fight but I''ll go with Diaconu by KO.Nothing will surprise me here.

That's true but, I think if Pascal fights smart he can win a UD, he's a lot faster then Diaconu and his chin isnt as bad as some people say. He took a lot of big bombs from Froch and never went down or anything.

This fight will be awesome, but I can't really tell who will win. If Diaconu manages to hit Pascal with a good punch in the first 5-6 rounds, Diaconu will win this one easily.

But if Pascal can survive the first half of the fight,he'll win the fight easily, Diaconu has no stamina, he's only trying to go for the big punch.

Also, I really think that Pascal will have a lot more fan in the Bell Centre than Diaconu.
I was live there in the last fight of Diaconu in the undercard of Holt-Bradley and the crowd was booing him after the fight for the bad fight he did, he doesn't have charisma like Pascal or Bute

Pascal is better in speed,stamina,workrate. But he has a glass chin(he was stun in his last fight against a nobody)

Diaconu in counterpart is a lot stronger,he has a better chin. But he doesn't have that much stamina and some boxing analyst wonders if he's training hard for his fights.

can't predict, I've only seen Diaconu in his last fight, in what I can only assume is his worst ever performance.
