    Will Calzaghe Take The Bait?

I thought Froch's calling out of Calzaghe would have died down by now but after seeing his interview after the Taylor fight I don't think it ever will! Froch seems hell bent on fighting Calzaghe. I'm not partial to either man but they are both good fighters and I would like to see them fight. I don't think Calzaghe will come out of retirement to fight Froch but you never know. Money Talks!

I think Joey would handily beat Froch. And maybe through his workrate he'd eventually TKO Froch.

You have to take into consideration that he's very fast and would land anything he wants. That's why I think a KO is possible.

This would be a huge British fight, but I can't see it happening. Froch would need a KO to win. Calzaghe would romp to a UD.

if i was calzaghe i dont think i could resist an opportunity to shut him up - calzaghe is frochs worst nightmare, good handspeed, fast combos, excellent stamina and a great chin.

anyway wasn't there a thread that we were supposed to bump everytime froch mentioned calzaghe.

his obsession with joe is unhealthy, there are so many big fights for him out there and hes even got a belt yet he wont give it a rest. he reminds of of witter sometimes, now all we need is a timothy bradley (hopefully in the shape of kess) to come and shut him up.

Money does talk but I'm not sure this fight would generate that much. It would fill Wembley probably but still not the mega-money is it? (anyone know?)

For Calzaghe it would be more about pride I think.

This fight is mega money. Certainly the biggest British fight in a long time. If this was on SKY PPV, it would be a career high payday for both fighters.

Nah, Joe is not coming back. Like Lennox, he chose to retire at the right time.
