I think he was just trying to hype the fight and maybe get under Froch's skin! With that said Froch has made a name for himself in America now!

I feel a bit sorry for him on that because, as you say, it was just a true statement. Nobody he was talking to probably had heard of Froch, and they would be used to Taylor fighting the big names.

Still everyone knows who Froch is now. Taylor will just be pissed at having lost; he won't give it a second thought. He just needs to come to terms with the fact that most probably won't have heard of whoever he fights next, either. It's a long way back.

yep he will forever be known as the guy who pushed over taylor after he got tired.

That's a bit harsh! I don't like Froch but he caught Taylor with some good shots to put him down and force the stoppage!

To be honest Taylor came across as an alright guy in the after-fight interview - still satisfying to see Froch ram those words down his throat though. It's a sure thing that whoever his next opponent is won't be saying these things.

yea cause taylor was too tired to move and avoid punches in the 12th lol. taylor easily avoided all of frochs telegraphed shots in the early rounds till he got winded.
